Renata is an associate at Padis Mattar Advogados specialized in equity and debt capital markets, financing transactions and corporate matters. With a diversified practice, Renata has vast experience in advising companies, financial institutions, and investors on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring and special situations transactions in Brazil and abroad.

She also counsels public companies on regulatory, self-regulatory and corporate governance matters.

Besides, Renata has expertise in matters of corporate ethics, internal investigations, crisis management and in the structuring and implementation of anti-corruption policies and procedures, money laundering prevention and risk analysis.

Before joining Padis Mattar Advogados, Renata was an international associate at Simpson Thacher Bartlett in New York, LLP in New York, and worked at Banco Itaú BBA and at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr and Quiroga Advogados in São Paulo.
