Giovanna is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados. Her practice focuses on debt restructuring, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization, bankruptcy, litigation and arbitration. Giovanna has been involved in the most complex and relevant restructuring transactions in Brazil, including cross-border restructurings, both in and out of court, having advised important creditors such as ad hoc committees, bondholders and lenders. She also has experience in highly relevant civil and commercial disputes before judicial courts and arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining Padis Mattar Advogados, Giovanna worked at Pinheiro Guimarães and Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown
