Carolina is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados. Her practice focuses in financial and corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions transactions, project finance, debt restructuring and special situation transactions, involving companies and assets in power, infrastructure and sugar and ethanol sectors.
