Cesar is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados, with a practice focused on debt financing on the financial and capital markets, project finance, debt restructuring and special situations transactions. Cesar has extensive experience in advising banks and companies within public offerings and national and cross-border structures transactions.

Prior to joining Padis Mattar Advogados, Cesar worked at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados.
