João Pedro is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados and his practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters, including financial and corporate transactions, domestic and cross-border debt restructuring and corporate disputes, at either judicial or arbitral venues.

João Pedro has been involved in the most complex and substantial corporate litigations and debt restructurings in Brazil, having advised minority shareholders, controlling shareholders, companies, as well as important foreign and Brazilian investors, ad hoc committees, bondholders and lenders.
