Ligia is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados’ Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices.

Ligia has experience in court and arbitration proceedings, mainly focused on highly complex and strategic civil and corporate disputes, especially in construction and banking sectors.

She has experience in national and international arbitration proceedings, institutional and ad hoc, conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC), the CIESP/FIESP Chamber for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, and the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM), as well as in arbitral awards challenge and enforcement before the Brazilian courts.
